Within the UK

Orders received by 3pm are usually dispatched on the same day. We normally send packages using the Royal Mail first or second class delivery service. You have the option at the checkout which level of service you wish us to use, including Royal Mail Special Delivery for rush orders.

Outwith the UK

Small orders from outwith the UK will be sent by the Royal Mail international Signed for service. Large orders will be sent by courier. In both cases a tracking number will be notified to you to enable you to track your package.

Pricing

The price of your delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the goods ordered as well as the destination. You do not need to complete the checkout process to get a price quote - just go to My Cart and you can get a delivery price by entering your destination into the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" price finder. Note that you need to have something in your cart for this to work!

As a rough guide, the price to send a single trowel by second class post is £2.16 and by first class it is £2.37.

UK Orders over £100 are eligible for free standard delivery.
